"Soles"

The installation “Soles” was exhibited in 2001 at the “Accessibility” installation event in Sumter, SC. The work measures 7 x 13’ and hangs suspended 6-8” off the floor. Materials used in the installation are old shoe soles, panes of glass and wooden picture frames suspended by monofilament line. The shapes seen on the floor (beneath the work) are the shadows cast by the shoe soles.
